Can You Smell What Your Laundry Is Doing?

I can, for sure! I received Downy Unstopables From BzzAgent, for free, to test out, and review. I received 3 single packages to try, of "fresh scent". They are wonderful, long lasting, freshness, that I just added to the wash. I just used them with my regular laundry detergent, but you can also use them with your fabric softener/conditioner. Even though they are beads, they are considered a liquid fabric conditioner, that gives your laundry a high quality scent, that last way beyond you just pulling your laundry out from the washer to the dryer. This scent, after being washed, dried, and put away, can last up to 4 weeks, and it does! It also leaves your laundry feeling conditioned, soft and silky. It is a really great, amazing, and easy addition to your laundry routine. You can use as much as you want, or as little as you want. I just used the recommended dosages. Again, since I got single packages, that is what I used per load. You can pour the beads into your liquid softener dispenser, but since I do not have one on our washer, I just put it in with the wash, and I had no problems doing that with any of our clothes. It is something that I will use again, and again. I will look for it and use it often!

Who LOVES to BBQ?

I know we do! I receive a great product box, for free, from My Magazine Sharing Network (Thank you) that contained a sample sized package of Lays Kettle Cooked Jalapeno chips, that were amazing, are nice and thick, crunchy and with just the right amount of kick, but not so much so that it would be too hot for everyone. It was the right amount of heat for my family, even thought I like things spicy, mu husband does not! I also received, in my box, a sample size bag of Keebler Deluxe Mini Cookies with M&M's. They ere a tasty, and nice sweet treat, for after dinner. I also got a a handy Kleenex brand Wet Wipes. And lets face it, if you are going to eat BBQ you are going to get it everywhere, and you are absolutely going to want a clean face and clean hands! Plus, I also received a free McCormick Grill Mates Seasoning. You know you can't have a great BBQ without seasonings, right? Not to mention, you need to flavor your meats. I chose the McCormick Grilled Mates Seasoning in Brown Sugar Bourbon, and I also picked up a bottle of McCormick Bacon Chipotle, for a little additional flavor.
As you can see from my picture (above), I also picked up some Kroger frozen chicken, not part of the free products I received, but I had to have something to try out these great seasoning on! And we could not eat on chips and cookies alone, right?
Now this was all about the BBQ. However, where we live we are not allowed to BBQ on our porch, no problem. I had another great idea planned! So here is what I did instead, and it turned out awesome!
I took my Kroger frozen chicken breast, and here is a wonderful tip I learned from the cooking shows I watch on Saturday mornings. If you lightly spray your chicken, on both sides, with a little non stick spray, your seasonings will stick way better, and it really works.
Anyway, back to what I did. I lightly sprayed both sides of my frozen chicken breast, with my non stick spray, and generously coated both sides with my McCormick Grill Mates. I did half with the Brown Sugar Bourbon, and half with the Bacon Chipotle. Then I placed them on my wired rack, in the sheet pan (as you can see from the above pictures) to that the would cook evenly. I baked them for 45 minutes, at 400 (since they were frozen, and according to the package) This chicken came out so nice and juicy, and those McCormick seasonings gave them such a honest flavor, with a little extra boost!

Would You Like To Feel Lighter?

I know I would! I received a free product, from The Insiders, of Metamucil test and out and try for free.
There are two types of Metamucil, one is with real sugar, and one is sugar free. I received the one that had the real sugar. Having said that, and just so you know, I can only speak on that one, and it does have 16 grams of sugar (per 2 rounded Tbsp). Obviously, only one Tbsp has 8 grams of sugar. Again, I am not sure of the sugar free one, since that was not the one I was given to try and write about.
I learned that there are many benefits for using Metamucil. It is not for when you are having certain fiber related issues, like I thought.
Metamucil is like no other fiber product! It actually contains 100% natural psyllium husk which is a fiber that will work with your body to also promote regularity. And it will not only keep you regular, by gently removing the waste that weighs you down, but it will help you feel less hungry (which I know we all love! :) ) between meals, and as part of a healthy diet, it will also lend a hand in you maintaining a healthy blood sugar level! As well as being a aid in lowering cholesterol and promoting in heart health. So you just can't go wrong with this product!
I started out using Metamucil once a day, as directed. All I did was place 1 Tbsp (again, to start) in 8 oz of water. You can use other cold beverage, but I just did water, but I think it would be great in OJ, since it has such a great orange flavor. Make sure you stir it in very well, or shake well. I put it into my own filtered bottled water that I keep on hand 24/7. If you do not stir, or shake well, it can be gritty, and no one wants that! Just make sure it is totally dissolved.
Once more, I just started out with a Tbst, in my water, every morning, just to make sure my system was ok with it, since it was something new. After 2 days, and my system was adjusting to it well, I did go up to 2 Tbsp. You go by how you feel.
I did feel great doing a drink every morning, and twice a day was just fine as well. Again, you can do this up to three times a day. I do feel lighter and much better, And when we have family events, like a holiday, birthday, or our anniversary (which was during my test time) I did fix that extra dose, when I needed it. It will be something great to have on hand for all the holidays that are not too far in the future!
One other great reason to use Metamucil, it is the #1 doctor recommended. I don't know about you, but that speaks volumes to me!

I, thankfully, received a free Private Selection product, from My Magazine Sharing Network. I chose baby potatoes that I added sausage, chicken, onions, and cheese. (all Kroger products) and I made a casserole. Since I had plenty of leftovers, I always say cook once, eat for a couple of days! lol, I decided to turn the leftovers into a homemade chicken and sausage potpie! All I added to that was a bag of Kroger frozen veggies, and a Bisquick topping, and easy as that, another great dinner! And of course, I had to wear my fancy new apron while cooking, and used my veggie ribbon cutter, that I also received in my box from My Magazine Sharing Network.
