As a BzzAgent I was able to try Mrs. T's Pierogies. They are a wonderful family owned company that has been around since 1952.
Before trying Mrs. T's Pierogies for BzzAgent, I didn't know what pierogies were. Turns out that that they are a combination of fluffy mashed potatoes, and other amazing ingredients, like bacon, feta, and cheddar cheese, all wrapped up in a fabulous pasta shell. They have 12 different flavors, and many different products such as family packs, full size, whole grain, and minis.
They are a super quick, easy, and simple dinner for any night of the week! You can fix them in many different ways. Such as, grill , saute, boil, fry or bake them.
Here is how I made mine. I got Mrs. T's Potato and 4 Cheese Blend Mini Pierogies.
You can use this recipe as a side dish or even a main dish.
This recipe serves 4, and cooking time is 30 minutes.

Here is what you will need:
1/2 cup chicken broth (I used low sodium)
3 oz cream cheese (I used reduced fat or light)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 (16 oz) pkg Mrs. T's Pierogies (again I used the Potato & 4 Cheese Mini Pierogies) cook these according to pkg directions, using the boil method.
4 sliced cooked bacon, crumbled (I used turkey bacon bits)
2 scallions, sliced

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Whisk until smooth, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir the pierogies into the mixture and pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with bacon and scallions. Serve immediately and enjoy!

It is husband approved, and is a very tasty, flavorful, quick, and a nice change of pace dinner for any night of the week! :)
Hope y'all enjoy this as much as we did!
