May 2 thru May 8, 2010 at Rite Aid BOGO FREE Covergirl!!

The ad scan for Rite Aid week of 5/2 – 5/8, shows Covergirl Cosmetics are BOGO Free! It’s difficult to read the fine print, but it looks like there’s also some type of single check rebate. Something about a free coupon booklet?? I have bad eyesight, so if anyone else can figure it out…please let us know!
The last time Rite Aid had this sale, we scored so much FREE makeup. Remember, it states right in the Rite Aid Corporate Coupon Policy that you can pair a BOGO Free Coupon with a BOGO Free Sale, essentially getting 2 products for FREE! I LOVE Rite Aid! I would suggest printing a copy of that policy and taking it with you in the event you get a cashier who didn’t “get the memo”.
If you do your math, you can also use your $5/20 or $5/$25 coupons (assuming new ones are released) and get another $5 item for FREE!
There was a BOGO Free CoverGirl Face Makeup coupon in the 4/11 RP…hang onto those!
Hopefully, there will be a new “any cosmetics purchase” Wellness coupon available for that week to stack with the manufacturer coupons. The current one expires on May 1st. Boo! I will let you know tomorrow when the new Wellness coupons are updated. Fingers crossed!
One more thing I’d like to add to this discussion: The BOGO Free coupon states that it is for CoverGirl “face” products. Obviously ALL makeup is for your face, right? So, in my opinion what they are getting at here is that the coupon is valid for products like foundation, concealer, powder and blush. What do you think?

I use quite a few Cover Girl products so this was an excellent bargain! It was a buy one get one free. No rebates. Cover Girl recently changed the packaging on it's pressed powder while still giving you the same amount of product, they increased the price by about $2.00! I stocked up when I saw this sale! I did notice that Walmart is selling the new packaging at the old price so if you can't catch a sale, Walmart is the way to go! :)

Oops! I forgot to mention that Rite Aid will give you a rain check if they don't have your sale product in stock! You just tell them how many more you wish to purchase and they will write that amount on your rain check. I find that a lot of times my Rite Aid doesn't have enough in stock so instead of driving all over town, I just get a rain check and try back in a week or so! There rain checks save me LOTS of time and money on gas! Just a little tip that might be helpful! :)

Ok. JUST ONE MORE TIME!!! I wasn't paying close enough attention to the dates! They did have this same sale about a month ago. I was at Rite Aid yesterday and they have a new 'rewards' card. It looks like you'll need to sign up for a rewards card in order to get this promotion. It only takes about 5 minutes to sign up. Whenever your purchase Rite Aid products, you receive 10% off! You also get 25 points for each prescription that you fill there. There are more details but I'll let you guys get your card and find them all out. I won't post again! It's 5:00 a.m. and my brain hasn't kicked into high gear yet! ;) Forgive me!

:)) ;)) ;;) :D ;) :p :(( :) :( :X =(( :-o :-/ :-* :| 8-} :)] ~x( :-t b-( :-L x( =))
